Reservations are booked online with a deposit to hold your date; a 20% service charge applies. When you book, you’ll also unlock our pre-order menu — wine at exclusive group pricing, a welcome toast, photography, and other touches available only to parties who reserve in advance.
Parties larger than 25 are hosted as private events — email info@cityrootsnyc.com for our event deck.
Cancellations 48+ hours in advance are fully refundable. Within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. For guest count changes, email us at least 24 hours ahead — reductions within 24 hours are charged for the original party size.
